Retrieving a recorded call

Log on to Wavetel Customer Control Panel (Link Below) to retrieve a voice call recording .
Customer Control Panel
1- Sign in to your control panel by entering your Username and Password, and click on Login.
2-On the home page , go to the Control Panel tab (Top Right Corner ) a drop down menu will open, and then select Call Data Records ( As Shown).
3- Under Search Records , Select the start and the end date time.
4-Now click on Show Result to view the Call Data Record (As Shown). Next to each call record system will display you a Play button you can click on it to download and listen to recorded call. Recordings can also be deleted permanently by clicking on the red button.
